Nous avons ensuite scind\u00e9 notre assembl\u00e9e en 2 groupes et chacun des groupes a essay\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux questions propos\u00e9es apr\u00e8s un temps personnel de r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\/ Qu\u2019est-ce qui donne vie et visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 locale<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Foi et d\u00e9marche spirituelle de chacun.<\/li><li>Services d\u2019Eglise&nbsp;; Associations, Mouvements, Fraternit\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Chr\u00e9tiens engag\u00e9s et reconnus dans la vie civile.<\/li><li>Relations humaines, fraternelles, interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles.<\/li><li>F\u00eates religieuses.<\/li><li>C\u00e9l\u00e9brations en semaine et dominicales (diversit\u00e9 de l\u2019animation), temps d\u2019Adoration et de pri\u00e8res diverses.<\/li><li>Participation dynamique, de qualit\u00e9&nbsp;: force, message, t\u00e9moignage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2&nbsp;\/Quels sont les points forts de notre communaut\u00e9 locale&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Diversit\u00e9 (Age, Spiritualit\u00e9, Engagement) dans nos assembl\u00e9es dominicales.<\/li><li>Chr\u00e9tiens engag\u00e9s dans la vie civile, l\u2019\u0153cum\u00e9nisme&nbsp;; richesse des mouvements.<\/li><li>Pr\u00eatre&nbsp;: rep\u00e8re physique et religieux dans la cit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9sence permanente des pr\u00eatres&nbsp;: qualit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute et ouverture d\u2019esprit.<\/li><li>Investissement des la\u00efcs envoy\u00e9s en mission par les pr\u00eatres.<\/li><li>Diversit\u00e9 des animations des messes&nbsp;; soins apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li><li>Arriv\u00e9e de jeunes couples et familles.<\/li><li>Communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 taille humaine.<\/li><li>Accueil (bapt\u00eames, mariages, obs\u00e8ques, divers \u00e9v\u00e8nements).<\/li><li>Nombreux services&nbsp;: m\u00e9nage, fleurs, accueil, secr\u00e9tariat, comptabilit\u00e9\u2026<\/li><li>R\u00e9collection en doyenn\u00e9, lien avec les S\u0153urs de Maumont.<\/li><li>Fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et engagement des Anciens&nbsp;: Racines de notre communaut\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\/Quels sont les points faibles de notre communaut\u00e9 locale&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Vieillissement des responsables, des relais, de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Communication \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer&nbsp;; manque de synergie pour dynamiser les mouvements et services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00ab&nbsp;Ronronnement&nbsp;\u00bb tendance \u00e0 s\u2019installer. Cloisonnement et autosuffisance de \u00ab&nbsp;Barbezieux&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en route de nouvelles personnes et \u00e0 donner envie de participer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Manque d\u2019assembl\u00e9e locale r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e9calage avec le monde (vocabulaire inadapt\u00e9, attitudes conservatrices \u2026) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Manque d\u2019attention aux malades, aux personnes isol\u00e9es ou \u00e2g\u00e9es (porter la communion, garder le lien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Tensions, clivages jeunes, moins jeunes (animation, mission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\/Qu\u2019avons-nous envie pour notre communaut\u00e9 locale en termes missionnaires&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Rapprocher les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations&nbsp;(projet f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur)&nbsp;; accepter nos diff\u00e9rences comme enrichissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prendre soin des Anciens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00ab&nbsp;On n\u2019est pas les meilleurs&nbsp;\u00bb comment rayonner notre joie, notre empathie&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Appeler diff\u00e9rents membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ouverture sur le monde et le rejoindre&nbsp;; faire du lien (\u00e0 l\u2019occasion des sacrements, des rencontres de malades\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u0152cum\u00e9nisme renforc\u00e9 (semaine de l\u2019Unit\u00e9, Net for God).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Formation \u00e0 l\u2019Ecoute, r\u00e9collections, lecture d\u2019encycliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Etre plus inventif, l\u00e2cher nos pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Laisser parler J\u00e9sus plut\u00f4t que parler de Lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DONNER FAIM, NOUS NOURRIR DE LUI&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\/Qu\u2019est-ce que notre communaut\u00e9 locale peut apporter \u00e0 la paroisse (et donc aux autres communaut\u00e9s locales)&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En quoi la paroisse peut s\u2019appuyer sur notre communaut\u00e9 locale&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Animation des assembl\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Proposition de groupes de r\u00e9flexion.<\/li><li>Mise en commun de services en fonction de nos richesses et de nos pauvret\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Favoriser et aider les \u00ab&nbsp;communaut\u00e9s fraternelles&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;; mutualiser nos ressources (chapelets, lectures de diff\u00e9rents textes&nbsp;: encycliques\u2026).<\/li><li>Varier nos lieux de rassemblement en fonction des \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\/En quoi la paroisse peut-elle aider et que peut-elle apporter \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 locale&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nouvelles initiatives.<\/li><li>Nouvel \u00e9lan pour sortir aux p\u00e9riph\u00e9ries.<\/li><li>Messes communes en dehors de Barbezieux.<\/li><li>Partager les \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/De quoi avons-nous envie pour notre paroisse (l\u2019ensemble des 3 communaut\u00e9s)&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Formations diverses sur diff\u00e9rents points&nbsp;: Ecoute, Animations, Accompagnement aux sacrements\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00ab&nbsp;Journal&nbsp;\u00bb, fascicule regroupant les informations (ex&nbsp;: la vie des chr\u00e9tiens, courrier fran\u00e7ais&nbsp;\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Faire unit\u00e9 dans la diversit\u00e9&nbsp;; coh\u00e9sion&nbsp;; fraternit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Vivre ensemble des temps forts, joie partag\u00e9e&nbsp;: marches, concerts, repas, projet Eglise Verte,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>p\u00e9lerinages\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Etre un phare dans ces temps troubl\u00e9s&nbsp;! ou un grand Arbre verdoyant avec pour racines ses A\u00een\u00e9s&nbsp;!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une mise en commun, nous avons discern\u00e9 tous ensemble quels sont les besoins de notre communaut\u00e9 locale et de quels moyens allons nous nous \u00ab&nbsp;doter&nbsp;\u00bb pour cette nouvelle ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ouverture des \u00e9glises (personnes r\u00e9f\u00e9rentes, lien avec les mairies).<\/li><li>Communication (panneau, feuille de liaison, site, facebook\u2026) et diffusion (penser aux maisons de retraite).<\/li><li>Faire vivre ce qui existe et appeler de nouvelles t\u00eates (\u00e9toffer les \u00e9quipes, Relais).<\/li><li>Diffuser les fichiers existants, les \u00e9largir.<\/li><li>D\u00e9velopper le covoiturage.<\/li><li>Expos, panneaux formateurs.<\/li><li>D\u00e9velopper l\u2019\u00e9glise vivante, ouverte, pr\u00e9sente au monde.<\/li><li>Cat\u00e9, aum\u00f4nerie, accueil et formation des parents.<\/li><li>Accueil et attention \u00e0 l\u2019Autre&nbsp;: Arche des Sapins, Migrants, Personnes handicap\u00e9es par un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, et aussi notre voisin.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons conclu la matin\u00e9e en chantant&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;J\u00e9sus est le chemin&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s un temps de pri\u00e8re, le P\u00e8re Beno\u00eet a introduit notre matin\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9changes.
